Elisha Patel is a facilitator and co-founder of Perdiz Experiences, creating spaces for cross-cultural young people in India to explore identity, belonging, relationships and purpose. With a background in education, facilitating and experiential learning, Elisha has worked with teenagers, educators and young people across diverse cultural contexts. His experience includes teaching, professional development leadership, coaching and designing camping experiences. As a Domestic Cross Culture Kid, MK, PK and educator, Elisha brings together personal experience and professional practice to help cross-cultural young people make sense of their stories, navigate questions of belonging and build meaningful connections.
