Perdiz Experiences is a young initiative founded by Elisha and Jerusha, creating spaces for cross-cultural young people in India to explore identity, belonging, relationships, and purpose. We are building a community for people who have grown up navigating different cultures, places, communities, and ways of life. For many of us, being between cultures can shape how we understand ourselves, where we belong, and how we connect with others. Perdiz exists to create spaces where these experiences can be explored with honesty, curiosity, and openness.
